First Look at Opulent Private Dining Room at East End Bistrot

Bonjour, beauté. Spy a first look at East End Bistrot’s stunning new private dining room, alive with artful drama and whimsy—and tailored to any affair.

Beauty is no longer just in the eye of the beholder. Unequivocally exquisite, enter East End Bistrot’s just-bowed private dining room. Another, ahem, gem in Giorgios Bakatsias’ ever-expanding culinary empire (stay tuned for the opening of his other new East End Market jewel—Giorgios Epicurean Market), the opulent rich teal-enveloped room answers the call for the burgeoning demand for special events—from holiday parties to business dinners—while filling a void in the market for approachable and versatile private event spaces of a more intimate size and scale. Think: you + 24 of your besties, boardroom crew or celebrating a baby, bride, retirement and so on—or 35 total to just toast with—for any casual to fine-dining affair.

Intentionally realized as a natural extension of East End’s dining room, the exquisite bold walls, dramatic chandeliers, whimsical decor, custom menus and fine wines paired with the unrivaled attention to detail and impeccable service for which the Giorgios Group is known are guaranteed to take any and all events to the next (exquisite) level. So, in essence, the host with the most.

“East End Bistrot had a lot of demand for private events,” say managing partner and executive chef William D’Auvray, “so this new space allows us to satisfy that need.” And tailoring to your taste, D’Auvray, alongside Director of Events Kaytee Giles, curates the vibe and menu to fit vision and budget—including the op to handselect vinos with GM/sommelier Scott Hardiman. Dinner events will lean into East End’s fine French fare, natch, while those morning and midday breakfast, brunch and lunch gatherings will pull from GEM’s savory ops.

“We are thrilled to have more space to create memorable moments at East End Bistrot,” muses D’Auvray. And we can’t wait to make those mems. Ooh la la, indeed.
